We meet at 10:30 AM downstairs at Bisou, we'll start with a short warm-up, and then head into the beautiful Haagse Bos for a relaxed run at a comfortable pace.
We’ll have two groups:
Beginner — 3 km (interval)
Regular — 5 km (pace 6:00)
A relaxed and fun way to move, get some fresh air, and start your day outdoors 🌿
