Many young people feel like they’re “always on a on-mode”. They are often overstimulated and experience high levels of stress. Do you find it difficult to relax? Do you overthink or struggle with sleep? Learning to meditate can help you unwind. This module is специально designed for Millennials and Gen Z.


In this series of sessions, you’ll learn how to create the time, space, and conditions needed for relaxation to arise. Meditation is a powerful tool to support this.


In this four-week meditation module, you’ll be introduced to different forms of relaxation meditation. Together, we’ll explore what works for you (and what doesn’t). Relaxation is a skill you can learn! No prior experience with meditation is needed, but it’s also welcome.
