During our Reflection Circle: On Comparison, we create a calm, welcoming space to step out of that pattern. No pressure, no expectations: just room to pause and turn inward.
Through a few gentle prompts, you’ll be guided into quiet reflection and journaling, with the option to share if you feel like it. Together, we explore how comparison shows up for you, and how to relate to it with more awareness and ease.
