Can I cancel my ticket?
Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Are you unexpectedly unable to attend? Then you may always pass your ticket on to someone else.

As a non-member, you can let us know no later than 24 hours in advance that you are unable to attend. By mutual agreement, you can transfer your ticket once to another event of the same or lower ticket value.

Are you a member?
You can then cancel your registration for included member events up to 2 hours before the start. This way, your spot becomes available for someone else.

Unable to attend? Please always let us know. Your reserved spot is valuable, especially at small events. In the event of repeated no-shows, we reserve the right to temporarily restrict the ability to make reservations.
