About the event
We will have two groups: beginner-friendly & the regular (pace: 6:00)
We meet at 10:30 AM downstairs at Bisou, start with a short warm-up, and then head into the beautiful Haagse Bos for a 5km run at a comfortable pace. The session is beginner friendly, so no experience needed at all. We’ll do interval training, so there’s plenty of time to catch your breath in between.
A relaxed, fun way to get moving outdoors!
